This could be for you if you:



  • Have 2 - 5 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Operations related work in a large-sized organization with local and international presence.
  • Have a solid understanding of compensation principles, job evaluation methodologies, and market benchmarking.
  • Are proficient in HR Information Systems (HRIS); experience in systems like Darwinbox, SAP, Oracle, or Workday is a plus.
  • Have strong analytical and quantitative skills; confident working with data, reports, and Excel.
  • Are highly attentive to details and accuracy, especially when dealing with confidential and sensitive information.
  • Have a good understanding of Philippine labor laws and compensation-related government requirements (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, PSA).
  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Have strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with different HR teams and stakeholders.
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset—open to enhancing processes and exploring automation opportunities.
  • Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a service-oriented approach.
